Life happens. We know that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent you from making it to your appointment. To ensure we can respect each other’s time, we have a few guidelines to follow when cancelling or changing appointments.
When Can I Cancel My Appointment?
Our therapists require 24 hrs notice for cancellation. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before an appointment will not be charged.
In the case of emergencies or if you wake up sick for your appointment, we require at least 4 hours’ notice. Appointments that aren’t cancelled within 4 hours will be considered a “no show” and will be charged as a full massage. If you cancel between 4 and 24 hours before your appointment, charges will be based on the discretion of the therapist.
How Should I Cancel an Appointment?
You can use the online booking system to cancel your appointment. If you didn’t book online, you can call us, text us, or email us to let us know.
Should I Come to My Appointment if I’m Sick?
If you’re feeling unwell and believe you may have a contagious illness, we ask that you stay home. If you’re experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or coughing, please cancel your appointment with at least 4 hours’ notice. If you aren’t sure if you should come to your appointment, you can text, email, or call us to ask.
What Are the Cancellation Fees?
If you cancel 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 4 and 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged up to 50% of the cost for the scheduled treatment. This fee will be charged at the discretion of the therapist, depending on whether or not we can refill the appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled within four hours of the appointment time will be considered a “no show” and will be charged at the full cost of the service booked.

Our clinic is on an appointment-only basis. You can get in touch with us via text message, phone, or our online booking system. We aren’t always able to answer the phone while we’re with clients, but you’re welcome to leave a message. We’ll always get back to you as soon as we can.
